A nourishing morning routine to silence the mind, get into your body, and connect to your heart. In this class, we will explore deeper layers of ourselves through yoga, breathing, meditation, and journaling. 

Please bring your journal book or something to write.

2 pm Hip Harmony Vinyasa

This class is a well-rounded sequence for all levels which will get your juices flowing.

Apart from that, hip openers are said to have even more benefits than just the physical. The hips act like a container for our emotions. Thus, opening the muscles around the pelvis is thought to bring emotional release.
