Four weeks of practice to ground you through autumn.

We move from Soft Summer into Soft Autumn — a new season, the same container. Holding space last season felt so special, and I felt the call to bring this journey into autumn.

These weekly sessions are an invitation inward:
to pause,
to attune to what is present,
to nourish your body and your nervous system,
and to ground what summer has given you.

New season · Same container · A gentle shift of focus

The Flow:
– 4 online Kundalini Yoga practices
– 2 live online Kundalini Meditation circles (20-30 min)
– Guided meditations to return to anytime
– Journaling prompts for reflection & integration

This season, I’ve added two live meditation circles, as autumn often invites us to be more at home and more inward.
They are shorter than the weekly yoga practices, making it easy to integrate them into your days if you’d like to deepen your practice.

We open Soft Autumn with a grounding live meditation on Wednesday, October 8th.

As always, you can return to the recordings and meditations as often as you like — your practice, your rhythm.

Why Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga, also called the Yoga of Awareness, has been my daily companion for years. Each practice shifts my energy, strengthens the nervous system, clears subconscious patterns, and supports overall well-being.

A teacher once said Kundalini is an “adaptogenic practice”, it always gives you what you need.

Kundalini Yoga can help to release tension, reconnect with inner calm, and you can practice it basically everywhere. Here is a short impression of the practice.

Honestly every day, I am grateful that this practice crossed my path, it is such a life enhancer (Trust me it is powerful). This is why I loveee to share and teach it.

No experience is required. Come as you are, be curious and the practice will meet you there.
