These weekly sessions are meant to be a gentle pause —
to land in your body, breathe deeper, and open your heart — so you can stay connected to your own rhythm while being in the midst of the summer season.
The Flow:
– 4 live online Kundalini Yoga classes
– Audio meditation to practice anywhere and anytime
– Journal questions to anchor and reflect
– Community group to connect and be inspired
You can return to the recordings and meditations as often as you like — your practice, your rhythm.
Why Kundalini Yoga?
It is FUN and my favorite way to regulate and strengthen the nervous system. You can practice it anywhere — at home, in nature, on the beach, alone or share your summer practice with friends.
The classes will support us in releasing inner tension and reconnecting with the calm beneath the surface.
The audio meditations and journal questions are an invitation for small breaks to reconnect and reflect throughout this vibrant season.
